| How to order | Searching for products To locate individual products by their item numbers, simply enter the required number in the Search Box. Alternatively, enter a word that may appear in the product description in the same way. The items requested will then be displayed on screen for you to add to your basket. Alternatively, click on any of the categories on the left to browse our items displayed in that category.
Adding items to your Basket Products displayed on screen will have a default quantity of one. Simply click the ‘Add to Cart' button to include the item on your order. Should you require more items, replace the quantity given with the required amount and click ‘Update Cart'. You can then either click on ‘Continue Shopping' to return to where you were and continue browsing through our range. If you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout'. On this page, you can change your delivery address and add comments. When done, click on ‘Continue'. Please select your payment choice and click on ‘Continue'. You will see your Order Confirmation, and if all the details are correct, click on ‘Confirm Order'. On the next page you can choose to receive order updates from us, then click on Finish. You will receive a confirmation email from us.
Checkout Process Alternative delivery addresses can be entered here, if different from your main address previously given upon registering with our site. Your payment details will also be required, including the registered card address, again if different, and your card security digits featured on the signature strip.
All orders placed through www.barberscissors.co.uk, www.scissorsshop.co.uk or www.sanguinestore.co.uk must be paid for by credit/debit card PayPal or by cheque prior to the despatch of any goods. We accept all major credit/debit cards through PayPal and we do not hold any credit/debit card details in our database. Credit card authorisation will take place at the time order confirmation is placed by the customer and payment will only be taken when goods are dispatched. Confirmation of an order received will be sent by e-mail to the customer. |
| Payment Options | The Seller's policy is to despatch goods within 72 hours of receiving an order, however this can vary depending on stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith, but shall not be binding. The Seller can accept no responsibility for transport delays causing late delivery. Some furniture or special order items may take up to 6 weeks for delivery. |

| Returns | If the goods have not been sent we can cancel and issue a full refund straight away. If the goods have been dispatched we will refund the full purchase price but not the postage and packaging cost. Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations you can return any product to us, providing they are un-used and in an as new condition, within seven days from the day after you received the goods. We recommend you send any products back to us securely packaged using a certified delivery service, enclosing a copy of the original invoice. Any returned goods need to be sent back to www.barberscissors.co.uk, 213 St. Ann's, London, IG11 7AB (United Kingdom). Please send securely (we recommend recorded or special delivery). Please email us to inform us that you have returned any goods. |
